As of July 14, 2025, Nadine Schmidli has joined our law firm in Zug as an attorney at law and notary.

With a notary license from the Canton of Zug, she provides comprehensive legal counsel to companies, founders, and investors in corporate law, particularly in the areas of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, and restructuring. Her additional areas of focus include contract law and advising start-ups, especially at the intersection with emerging technologies such as blockchain.
