At the end of the year, we gratefully look back on an eventful and successful year. Together we were able to achieve many important milestones such as the move of our Zurich office, the strengthening of our team with new colleagues, and the launch of our new website.

The Federal Supreme Court has upheld in full the appeal we lodged on behalf of our client WWF, a global environmental organization.

Das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich musste sich im Rahmen eines Berufungsverfahrens mit einem Entscheid des Arbeitsgerichts Zürich auseinandersetzen, in dem es mitunter darum ging, ob eine ordentliche Kündigung gemäss Art. 10 des Gleichstellungsgesetzes (GlG) aufzuheben sei. Wie das Arbeitsgericht Zürich bestätigte nun auch die zweite Instanz, das Obergericht Zürich, dass die Voraussetzungen betreffend Aufhebung der Kündigung gegeben seien.
