AGM of an Ltd. or a Llc. must take place within 6 months after the end of the financial year?
For many companies, this means that the relevant AGM must be held by the end of June 2023. Due to a recent decision of the Federal Supreme Court, 30June has also become particularly relevant: Without timely (re-)election, aboard mandate ends automatically.
