Prof. Dr. iur. Franco Taisch joins our team in Zug. As a partner, he supports us with expertise in the areas of business and governance models, corporate transformations and transactions (M&A), corporate and commercial law, financing and financial market law through to regulatory compliance and legal management.
He completed his studies in Switzerland and America. Before joining Barandun, he held various management positions at C-level and BoD level nationally and internationally, as well as working as a lawyer and management consultant. In addition, he was a part-time full professor and is now a titular professor of business law at the University of Lucerne.
