Barandun AG is strengthening its Tax, Corporate and Litigation divisions with two new employees.
Dr. jur. Jasmin Malla, L.L.M. (Taxation) strengthens the team with expertise in the field of tax and in the area of general administrative and procedural law. Before joining Barandun, Jasmin worked as a tax advisor and lawyer at Blum&Grob Rechtsanwälte AG.
With Patricia Jäggi, Barandun reinforces its commercial and corporate law as well as employment law expertise. Patricia has been admitted to the bar in 2016 and worked for meyer & meier in Zurich before joining Barandun.
Barandun continues to grow strategically and recruits expertise at its locations in Zurich and Zug.
